We accept referrals from local authorities, agencies, and partner organisations. If you are considering a referral, or would like to discuss suitability, please get in touch — we are always happy to have a conversation before anything formal is submitted.

Before you complete it
Two things worth knowing
This service is for men
SAIL provides supported living for men with complex needs. If you are referring someone else, ring us first and we will point you towards a service that fits — we would rather do that than have you complete ten sections for nothing.
Disclose all known risks
The form asks about violence, sexual harm, fire-setting, self-harm and safeguarding history. Please answer fully. Non-disclosure puts residents and staff at risk, and can result in a placement being ended.

If you are unsure whether someone would suit the service, ring before you fill anything in. We will tell you honestly, and if it is not a fit we will try to suggest where might be.
